Hey! So Glad You're Here.

Hi, I’m Zoey.
And this blog is where everyday drama meets real-world law.
I take the kinds of conflicts people argue about all the time (friend-group disputes, school misunderstandings, neighbor issues, and online fights) and ask one question:
If this were real life, how might the law see it?

For each post, I research whether similar situations have shown up in real cases, what legal ideas could matter (like evidence, intent, harm, privacy, or responsibility), and which small details could completely change the outcome. Then I explain it in plain English, no confusing legal language, and I share sources so you can see where the reasoning comes from.

This isn’t legal advice, and I’m not a lawyer. I’m a student who’s curious about how the law actually works — and I want to make it easier (and more fun) for other students to understand. Every story ends with my final take: Zoey’s Verdict — plus a few questions for you to argue about in the comments.
